Minister Carmela was born and raised in Frankfort, Kentucky. She has been saved since she was in high school. Carmela didn’t grow up in a Christian home, but her mother would allow her to go to church on a bus at an early age to learn about Jesus even though her mother didn’t go to church.

Carmela received a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood & Family Relation, an Associate Degree in Offices Business Administration, Director’s Credentials in Early Childhood, and a Minister’s License from Unity of the Faith Church. Carmela published her first book called “He Gives Seed to the Sower” in 2013. She is a ventriloquist, puppeteer, script writer, song writer and author of a variety of children’s books.

Carmela sometimes travels to other churches and schools in Frankfort to minister to children through songs, bible lessons, stories, and puppets. She has served in the children’s ministry at UFC for the past six years and has worked with kids from the age of 1 to 9 years old.
